In Hail Alley, severe storms occur annually. It was during one such storm that a close relative’s property was hit hard by one of these storms, causing hail damage to both her roof and vehicle. 

After opening two separate claims with her insurance company, she was asked to pay two separate deductibles. These hail damage repairs and claims required large amounts of paperwork, and money, and relied upon a convoluted process she was struggling to navigate. Upon completion of the hail damage repairs, our family knew there had to be a better way. 

Two brothers and a family friend began researching insurance laws, contacted knowledgeable lawyers, and were able to determine a more streamlined approach for the repairs she needed. By filing both claims from the same storm date, we are often able to get the lower of the two deductibles waived.

Also, by having end-to-end services offered by the same company, we are able to find the consumer further savings and help upgrade the quality of their roof by saving the homeowner even more money by lowering their insurance premiums.

We wanted to bring this concept to other families in DFW. Thus, Total Storm Solutions LLC was born.
